Client Service Representative (CSR)
North Springs Veterinary Emergency & Specialty Center – Colorado Springs, CO
Pay: $18.00–$26.00 per hour
North Springs Veterinary Emergency & Specialty Center is now hiring a compassionate, professional, and team-oriented Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team. As a 24/7 emergency and specialty hospital, we are committed to providing exceptional care for our patients while supporting pet owners through some of their most emotional moments.
We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates with empathy and professionalism, and is passionate about delivering outstanding client service.
About the Role
As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for clients entering our hospital. Your ability to provide clear communication, compassion, and organization plays a critical role in the patient and client experience.
This position goes far beyond answering phones and scheduling appointments—you will help guide families through emergency visits, support communication between clients and medical staff, and help maintain a welcoming, efficient hospital environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients with professionalism and compassion
- Guide clients through intake paperwork, estimates, and financial processes
- Communicate effectively with doctors, technicians, and support staff
- Recognize urgent situations and assist with emergency triage workflow
- Maintain accurate patient records and client information using veterinary software
- Answer phones and manage client communication efficiently
- Help maintain cleanliness throughout reception, exam rooms, and common areas
- Support a positive and collaborative team culture
- Follow hospital protocols and safety standards including OSHA and AAHA guidelines
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced emergency environment
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to remain calm and professional during stressful situations
Pay & Shift Differentials
- Base Pay: $18.00–$22.00/hour
- Swing Shift Differential: +$1.50/hour
- Overnight Shift Differential: +$4.00/hour
