We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate doctor with a passion for emergency and critical care who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
At North Springs, our ER doctors are the heart of the hospital. You will be a vital part of a cohesive team, practicing the highest standard of medicine with the direct support of our in-house specialists. This is a unique opportunity to manage a diverse and engaging emergency caseload with the confidence that board-certified colleagues in Surgery, Rehabilitation, Internal Medicine, Radiology, and Cardiology are just steps away for consultation and seamless case transfers.
Your Impact and Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume and dynamic emergency caseload, from initial triage and stabilization to diagnosis, treatment, and case management.
- Perform a wide range of emergency medical and surgical procedures.
- Collaborate directly with our specialists, ensuring integrated patient care and continuity.
- Communicate with empathy and clarity to clients during stressful situations.
- Work alongside and mentor our highly skilled team of technicians and support staff.
Practice Confident Medicine in a State-of-the-Art Hospital:
- A fully equipped and staffed ICU.
- In-house 64-slice CT, C-arm fluoroscopy, ultrasound, endoscopy, and digital radiography.
- Complete in-house laboratory for rapid diagnostics.
- Advanced anesthetic monitoring and surgical equipment.
